Just worked a 12 hour shift on nights and stop by to get a couple doughnuts on my way home from work. So one they have AI speak on the drive thru and the AI doesn't know what Boston creme doughnut is, OK fine. So I get the doughnuts get to my house step out of my truck with the bag of doughnuts, you know a wet slimy nasty drive way and the doughnuts fall on the ground. I go whoa what just happened! I pick them up put them back in the bag take a step and again fall to the ground. I look and the bottom of the bag is missing. So usually I just ignore this type of thing as I'm not a petty person but It really irritated me. Located behind the Home Depot, walking into a Krispy Kreme is always worth it. This location smells heavenly, the customer service is fast and friendly, and the dine-in area is very welcoming and clean. I enjoy they have seating next to the donut production line where you can watch the donuts come through on the conveyer belt. The only trouble I had was not being able to scan my rewards barcode, but this was quickly fixed with using my phone number. You can a free donut with any purchase upon signing up for rewards so certainly worth getting the phone app.

Terrible service. Second time by the same employee. The receipt says her name is Stephanie. Horrible demeanor and attitude. She gets irritated just because I asked for another dozen to add to my order. And when I showed her that I had a reward on the app her reply was "but I already rang you up." She was so annoyed as if she had so many other things to do. There weren't even any other customers...I was the only one! One bad experience I can forgive, maybe she was having a bad day. But to have it happen a second time??! Maybe she needs to rethink about working in customer service.
