Krispy Kreme

Disappointed in appearance. I ordered twenty four dots just for extra fun and cute dessert for a party. All the guys were very nice.They were all working very hard. Definitely not like the commercial. I think he knew they were not up to par.He gave me some extra.

i love krispy kreme and live very close to this location. i have never had an issue with staff but lately i have been consistently getting nearly empty filled donuts

It's cool to watch the donuts being processed and ready to eat. Love that Krispy Kreme is also on the TOO GOOD TO GO APP and I can get a dozen donuts for a little over $7. It smells so good when you enter the shop. The fresh donuts are hot and melt in your mouth. So yummy! I love this location is close to home so I can stop by regularly. Staff is all nice and hand you a freshly cooked donut when you enter the door. The tables could be cleaned more often.

I don’t usually come to this location because I prefer supporting smaller businesses, but when I’m in a rush and need a drive-through, I’ll stop at Krispy Kreme. This is not about all employees — I’ve had good experiences here before where I was helped immediately. However, there’s one employee in the morning (around 7:30 a.m.) who consistently tells me to “take a moment to look at the menu,” even when I’m clearly ready to order. The first time, she told me to wait and didn’t return for about seven minutes — I actually counted. This morning, the same thing happened. When she said to take a moment, I politely told her I was ready to order. She responded, “No, it’ll be just a moment,” and left me waiting again. There was literally no one else in the drive-through.
