I ordered online and picked up so I don’t think it was the service as much as the cost. I had off loaded my app and said we were done but one of my kiddos asked if we could go once more. Years ago I would stop by and pick up about 2 to 3 dozen a week after work just to treat my kiddos for great behavior or grades. That’s when they were about $5.99-$6.99 per dozen and they seemed to be a larger size. Now with one box almost as much as what 3 boxes would almost be back in the day, I just can’t see doing it anymore. Doesn’t matter if I can afford it or not. The cost is just too much. Inflation I guess. Our kiddos actually left a whole second box which is unusual. I don’t have a lot to say about the facility. They really didn’t have anything to say to us when we walked in. What Happened to Krispy Kreme? Stopped by the Krispy Kreme in Stockbridge, GA, excited to try their cinnamon roll after seeing it hyped up online. What I got looked nothing like the photos—tiny, flat, and barely bigger than a donut hole. I paid $2.99 for that, while the full-sized blueberry cake donut right next to it was only $2.29. Make it make sense. To top it off, the cashier (Mckynzi) scanned my rewards account, but didn’t apply my free donut credit. No explanation, no apology, just charged full price and kept it moving. The cinnamon roll tasted as lazy as it looked—dry, overly sweet, and stale. Honestly, it felt like they were just throwing stuff in the case to see what they could get away with selling. Asked for ice coffee and they handed us a cup which looks and taste like literal ice, water, coffee, and a bit of vanilla syrup.. We told like like 3-4 times that we wanted and ordered a vanilla ice coffee .. LOL

This location is always an issue - mostly with consistency. The building has been locked on 3 of my visits, so drive-thru was the only option. Then, they're always out of donuts. When they actually have donuts available, they're inconsistent with the donut presentation: all different sizes and not completely frosted or filled. The donuts themselves are also dry and stale on occasion. It's always this location, and I have no idea how it has remained open for as long as it has. I've given up trying to get donuts here, despite it being the closest to me. Dunkin' can have my money.

The place was busting with crowds to break the seams as it was donut day when we visited the place. The staff were beat with activity and extremely slow in their service. We picked up a pack of three donuts alongside 2 glacéd donuts on the house for donut day. The peach cobbler was quite dry, the iced chocolate filled and chocolate crepe were good. The
