Horrible customer service, the most unfriendly people I've ever met in my life. They seem to be out of everything.\n And then on top of that, they sold me a dozen of mini donuts for 20 bucks, what a frickin' rip-off. So

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She made me aware of a reward I didn't know I had. The Statesboro location is my favorite! The service and quality is excellent!!!

I went to pick up an order of a dozen original doughnuts, while the red light was on last night, I get them in and their ice cold. What's the point in going while the red light's on us, I can't get them warm isn't that the whole point of the red. Light, then I go back this morning and order 3 of the donuts, 2 of them specialty donuts, which are your highest items. When I first went to the drive through no one would respond, I went to the window.No one came to the window.I finally pulled around behind another customer in the drive through and they finally decided to answer the draft through when the lady handed me my donuts through the window, she pretty much shoved them into my hand slammed the window shut as I was telling her hi , how are you then when I get home, the doughnuts are rock

Lobby is constantly closed. 7:30 am and they are out of a lot of varieties. Donuts are ice cold. They feel like they are stored in a refrigerator. They never have the order correct. I ordered cream filed and donuts I received did not have any cream in them. You would think for the price they would be like an organized business. Very disappointed with the service and the donuts.

You can see the donuts being glazed here! Really cool. They were a hit when I brought a couple dozen back for the office. Staff provided good recommendations!
