Krispy Kreme

The Peanuts collection was really sad. The decorations were made like someone just did not care. The snoopy white was nearly transparent. The piping work was messy and looked nothing like the pictures. The regular glazed were unavailable because the machine was down. They substituted strawberry with sprinkles and upcharged us? Wasn't like we picked something premium. Very disappointed.

I stopped by Krispy Kreme because the hot light was on and decided to order a dozen glazed and three pumpkin spice donuts to taste. At the window, I was told my total was around $6 and some change. I immediately corrected the employee, explaining again that I wanted one dozen glazed and three pumpkin spice. The response I received was, “Oh, I wasn’t sure if you wanted an assorted box or a dozen glazed.” For the third time, I repeated my order clearly: one dozen glazed and three pumpkin spice. At that point, I was told my total was $16 and some change. I paid, received only one box, and immediately felt frustrated. I knew the order wasn’t correct when I received that ONE BOX but due to time constraints, I kept it and left. I was thinking maybe they made it assorted and I’ll have nine glaze

So this is what y'all do with the food you serve people? I was picking up an order and this is what I came across mind you I was in the line for a good 10 minutes while they just sat out there. Customer service was great such a sweet lady in the drive thru but I don't think this is how you're supposed to store peoples food.

I ordered online for pick-up and when I arrived specifically asked for hot donuts because the sign was on. I asked the guy at the window if I could get hot donuts fresh off the line he said yes they are already hot after immediately bringing me my box which means it was sitting out and when I received my donuts I drove off believing they were hot and once it pulled out the parking lot and took out a donut it was absolutely not HOT and was as if it had been sitting out before being picked up by me. Why lie? Just give me HOT donuts like I asked for instead of giving me what they wanted to. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR EVEN PUT IN MY NOTES TO THEM WHEN I ORDERED.

Picked up three dozen Sunday morning for a multi-family breakfast, including a dozen strawberry iced donuts special for $5! The dozen glazed were right on point, being light and hot (just off the line). However, the Boston Crème (I believe they call them something else) and the jelly filled were definitely meager on the custard and jelly fillings respectively. Please come up to your normal standards as my son drools when we tell him we are getting Boston Crème!
