Krispy Kreme

Went here on February 22nd around 7:00 pm. I did not get the gentleman‘s name that was working the drive-through but best customer service ever. He was very kind and patient and going over all of the menu items and answering all of my questions will definitely be coming back. Keep up the good work. <3

My order was missing a donut. It happens, they were busy. I called and went back in and everyone was helpful, nice and apologetic for the mess up. They gave me a few free donuts for the trouble. It was not necessary but very nice!

Our experience here was great! There were literally over 50 people lined out the door, and 15 cars in the drive-thru. We did drive-thru. Servicing this mass amount of customers we still pulled up to window and was fabulously greeted with a sweet beautiful smile. The donuts were great, and the young lady at the window was definitely top notch!

We live here and often use the drive-thru at Krispy Kreme (NMB) numerous times in the summer and winter-the kid at the window has perfect manners and always nice. This weekend we are here to watch the Christmas parade and go to a couple of shows. Sao is the nice young man’s name at the window. I do hope the manager has noticed his hard work and pleasant smile. Thank you, Sao! My husband tried to tip him tonight and he said they can’t accept tips-Hoping he’s noticed for his hard work and excellent effort! Thanks

Jennifer and her team are incredible. I wanted to do something nice for the school that my children attend and they couldn't have made it any easier. They are top notch!
