Krispy Kreme

I've have not been here in a minute. I visited today on 1-19-2026. I got a 3 pk of donuts more than enough. I got a glazed donut and a glazed cream filled donut and a Oreo cream filled donut. I grew up eating Krispy Kreme Donuts. I will never forget when I first started eating these donuts back in the day my brother and I was stuck on the donut holes. I had to go through the drive thru at this location. On the door it says understaffed both doors are locked. The side door was locked sending me to the front door.

I wish I could provide a better review, but everybody at this location, from the associates to management deliberately invested a lot of apathy to ensure I won't do business with this franchise again. I ordered 200 doughnuts with coffee for our annual Doughnuts with Dad event at Snapfinger Elementary via online order. I was supposed to pick the items up at 7:15AM the next day and deliver them to the cafeteria to be distributed to the dads and scholars. When I arrived at 7:15, NOTHING WAS READY. Not coffee, doughnuts, or even napkins. I was informed that they didn't have the assorted doughnuts I ordered, and they could fill my request with glazed doughnuts. If all you’re going to do is be inadequate… then just close down this location… On two separate occasions they have been out of doughnuts. How do you run out of doughnuts when you have the ability to make more.? I’m not sure if the employees know the meaning of the red light. The red light means hot doughnuts… yet when I receive my order…, it’s room temperature and the quality of your local gas stations day old doughnut. The staff isn’t that friendly either. Just because a restaurant is in a certain neighborhood with a certain zip code doesn’t mean that we have to be served subpar food… I will not come back to this location… to put it plain and simple… this location SUCKS on a consistent basis… just close down!!!!

This was my 5th time coming to this location and each time has just been a huge disappointment. If the light is on the donuts are not hot at all and every single time it feels like they have just taken them out of a refrigerator. They are always cold and they are always out of certain ones, I don’t get it if they make the donuts how can the be out all the time. Since a huge let down. I went again today and it was the same thing super cold and out of most of the ones I asked for and what I received just looked awful.

The employees have no customer service skills. They are going very rude even when you’re nice to them and say thank you and please it’s not reciprocated.
