Krispy Kreme

Compared to Dunkin Donuts and other major chains that make their own donuts, Krispy Kreme is just better. Their donuts have substance to them and they're always made the same day you visit. Their participation in holidays and special occasions encourages my positive opinion as per they always do a major price reduction and/or create a special donut just for the occasion.

I been get the valentines box the past fee years. I buy serval for local Dr's offices. We all agree this is the worst Krispy Kreme we ever had. So we wont be back to Krispy Kreme as your staff was not willing to make it right. We now have local donut shops that are much better than the valentine box.

I came to this location and ordered through drive thru. I asked for half a dozen assorted. Once I gave my selection the cashier told me my order total. It did not reflect what was on the drive thru order menu for pricing. I requested to change the order to a dozen mixed. Once I did this the cashier begin to huff and puff with an attitude as I restated my order. Young lady asked if I wanted anything else. She did not give me my total and told me to drive around. After paying I asked for a manager. I stated to the manager my issue with the cashier and her service he responded with an ok. I pulled off and took a look at my order while stopped at a traffic light. As soon as I got there, this cashier was on her phone the whole time and taking care of drive thru, which was fine with me. After waiting for around 10 min, she finally got my order and for the people who were behind me (there were two orders behind me). She packed theirs first even though I was the one who was standing there for a longer time, and all I ordered was dozen of original. The person behind me even asked me why is the cashier not taking care of me even though I got here earlier than them. She was kind to tell somebody other than the cashier and finally I was taken care of. I had to stay there over 30 minutes. She didnt even offered me a bag. She even mouthed "You are fine" What does that even supposed to mean? I feel like this is consumer deception. This was extremely uncomfort

I'm consistently amazed at the lack of effectiveness of this location. It's not uncommon for them to be completely out of a particular type of donut, ranging from normal glaze to chocolate iced. Labor Day weekend Sunday afternoon (4pm) went up to the door only to find it locked and a sign that "invited" me to join their drive-thru, which consisted of a 30+ minute wait. I'm guessing they're clearly short-staffed, which is crazy given that it's a college town. EDIT Aug2024: It got worse. Went to choc glazed and regular. We called to ask when the light would be on and they said 5pm. They wouldn't let us in the lobby. Went to drive through and ordered choc iced and regular. Got to the window and they said "we don't have choc iced and the regular glazed won't be ready for a few minutes. The
