I made an online order here this week and was very pleased with the whole experience. When I arrived at the store at my pickup time, they were just finishing wrapping it up. Every item I got was packaged in the correct type of packaging so everything stayed crispy and warm. The portions were very generous. But most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! We had the beef arancini and crispy beef salad (which easily served 2 adults). I will definitely be coming back here again!

We unfortunately didn't have a good experience with either the service or food from here. Our order was taken by someone else and it took the worker 10 minutes to figure out he should just remake the order. We then had to wait another 5 minutes to get a replacement order. We ordered the crispy beef and fried rice. The fried rice was not bad but the crispy beef was terrible. It tasted burnt and it was very obvious that they used all different cuts of meat which ranged from tough to impossible to chew at all. We were quite disappointed that we spent $27 on a basically inedible meal.
