I just had to post about the incredible Neapolitan quarter sheet cake Kretchmar’s so beautifully decorated in French buttercream for my Mom’s 92nd birthday. From the moment I picked it up from their smiling counter person, I was so excited to present it to my Mom and family after dinner. I wish you could have seen how her face - everyone’s faces - lit up. Brighter than the candles! And the marbling inside was so perfect with the pink. The taste of both the icing and cake was beyond expectations. Thank you, Kretchmar’s Bakery, for sharing your gifts with my Mom and family. The cake truly added to the special day!

It's my 18th birthday, I wanted an Elaine Benes cake. I was so excited when I was told they could make this cake. I got the cake today for my party tomorrow and this is the worse looking cake I've ever seen. It looks nothing like the inspiration photos I gave. This cake cost $45 and I can't even tell who is on this cake. I don't understand why the picture of Elaine could have been printed on this cake if they struggled with the design or why they told me they could do it. Thanks for making my 18 birthday memorable.

What a lovely place to stop in for a morning treat. The pastry selection was much larger than expected, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious—from the maple cinnamon roll and classic cinnamon roll to the peanut butter bar, raspberry danish, apple turnover, and cinnamon muffin. Highly recommend warming up the cinnamon roll for extra goodness! The staff was super friendly, and service was quick. Such a great local gem—definitely worth a visit

Absolutely wonderful! I ordered cakes and cookies for a friend’s daughter’s “fairy first” birthday party. The service and product were absolutely incredible! Great experience start to finish!

My family loved all of the items I took home to them: burnt almond torte, petite fours, cannoli, danish cupcakes (the definitive favorite), fruit pie/flips, and cinnamon rolls. It was later in the day and they still had a large selection to choose from. Workers were patient, helpful and very nice. Prices were reasonable. Take out.
