Best fish ‘n chips around! I will preface this review saying that I’ve noticed the fish has been cut much thinner lately thus lowering the quality, however still a good meal for a decent price. Decor in the restaurant is a bit outdated but they have recently updated the bar area with the addition of a couple more tvs.

I came in on 2/28/26 with a few of my friends. We ordered the scallop platter, with a side of the hand cut house fries. The fries were burned to a crisp and the scallops had an ammonia smell to them. As I was walking out of the bathroom, I heard somebody saying mean things about customers and that the food is fine. The name was something along the lines of Lea that’s what I heard. Waitress was nice and understanding about it. Though I will not be returning and neither will my friends.

Krazy Jake’s is a great place for a decent meal at a really moderate price. While there seems to be a lot on the menu the most popular items seem to be the fish n chips. There’s a large assortment of burgers and other fried up side dishes. the service is excellent and it seems to be a very popular place with the locals.

My friend and I went for lunch and got burgers and shared an onion ring. Both the bugers were really good. Onion ring best we have and the sauce it comes with makes the onion rings even better. Staff was great as well. We be back again.

I had the worst experience there ever in a restaurant in my 47 years last night!! UGH HORRIBLE food, was CRAPPY. I ordered the prime rib and it looks like a overcooked steak, I sent it back for a new one and that one just looked like a raw piece of meat that they put on the grill for 2 and 1/2 seconds. I just had them take it right off of my bill loaded french fries were like they came from a fair, my sides of green beans and baked potato was not even cooked and cold. Then when my boyfriend went to get up and leave he overheard the two people who came to the table to help us talk trash about they couldn't believe that we sent it back. Very rude and disrespectful. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!
