Krave Kitchen

I ordered food last night. I waited over two hrs and it was bullshit. I wish I could get my money back. Feathers was still on my chicken and there was no rotel on my chips just cheese and meat particles.. it looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot.

Service was cool . I went on a slow day so if you mess that up that’s crazy . Now the food … what these reviews are saying are true about it . The food is awful . I regretted buying The food and it was on sale (happy hour ) . I ordered a ribeye steak , lamb chops and wings . All so awful the wings were the worst . Just imagine paying full price for that stuff heck nah! I see why they started doing happy hour but that’s not even saving the food! Cause you’d regret spending any money on it! Just terrible food, I didn’t finish none of that. If you go there , just go for the drinks , hookah, music vibe . Only good things there . Also the Place is very small inside just for the new comers to be advised on .

0 STARS on the atmosphere of this establishment because why am I getting frisked at the door like I’m going into a federal building? I’m just here for food. The place literally has kitchen in the name but nothing about the atmosphere when you walk in says “kitchen” people are smoking everything not just hookah in there. I say that because it stinks smh. 0 STARS on the service! If I could give negative stars the service would get them. After telling the 2 ladies at the front my name and what i ordered they said 5 more minutes so I graciously gave them 15-20 mins because they were packed and I noticed a lot of people waiting on food no big deal right? WRONG. After 20 mins goes by I ask if my food is going to be any longer to one of the ladies that I originally asked when I first walked in.

Today was my first day trying Krave, and it was absolutely amazing. The employee who took my order gave me great recommendations. I ordered the Lamb Chop pasta. 10/10! It was seasoned to perfection with the perfect amount of sauce. the lamb chops were cooked perfectly. You could tell they were properly cleaned because of the odorless taste! I will definitely be back and I recommend getting extra bread and broccoli with the pasta because it was amazing !! It’s also very reasonably priced. The music they played in the inside was great as well. Wish I had known about this place sooner

Needs zero stars. They do not take phone orders. No harm there! Placed an order of 40 whole wing combo, Philly fries, and 1 seafood boudin ball, and 1 oxtail boudin ball. They charged me for a whole boudin ball order which costs $35.00. They only placed 2 boudin balls in each order. On the menu, boudin balls are $9 each. When I called for a credit, I was told no refund. I wasn't asking for a refund. I was asking for them to credit me for the incorrect order. The owner gave me his personal phone number and stated I could come back and he would remake the order correctly. When I called back he did not answer. I called the restaurant with no answer as well. The menu states they close at 3am. It is currently 12:30am. I wasted $134.00! The wings are tough and they were not properly defeathered
