Excellent food, staff, and ambience. The food had so much flavor to it. Our server Arsenii was very attentive, kind, and made sure our food preferences and dietary restrictions were upheld across all dishes. The avocado ice cream was SO good… will definitely be back to eat again.

Great experience. Loved being able to get authentic Indonesian food nearby. So many vegan options!! Everything was delicious. Service by Arsenil was the best we've had in a while. Will definitely be back soon.

Finally made it to Krakatoa! Have walked past it many times and I am very happy to say it was awesome! Love the look of the restaurant, the service was excellent (thanks Aresnii!), and the food was delicious. Layered, complex flavors, careful preparation. Super impressed. Can't wait to go back! As an Indonesian, this restaurant really represents our food well. One thing I love about Indonesian dishes, especially Rijsttafel style, is how everything comes together, different flavors and dishes all in one meal. In my order, I got semur, rendang, and chicken, and everything was so good. The corn fritters were also awesome. I’m really happy to find an Indonesian restaurant like this in Miami and hope more people get to know Indonesian food, because it’s seriously delicious. So happy I found this place.
