Krab Kingz Seafood

Honestly I'm way behind on reviews but I got takeout from here on NYE and it was some of the best food I have had in a long time. The quality of ingredients, seasonings, and freshness was off the charts. Customer service was also on point, so friendly and kept you updated on wait times. I ate every single bite and still think about those flavors!!

This place is NOT clean, we went on Sunday 2/15…. We didn’t get any gloves or anything but a fork to crack the crab legs and a bucket to put the shells in.they need someone to clean and wash the tables after you finish eating. The napkin bins are very nasty on the outside, they need someone to wash those down and the chairs…the food was good but we will not be going back unless they clean it up. Just maybe they didn’t have the plastic gloves, Bibs or crackers on yesterday but our hands were full of butter and garlic..I had to use napkins for my Bib…Could be a hit if they just clean it up!

Great food, terrible service I got the seafood pasta which was perfectly cooked and had great flavors. No complaints about the actual meal. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The lady at the front counter, Aliyyah, was hands-down one of the worst l've ever encountered. She didn't check on the table once after dropping off the food. We had to go to her or catch kitchen staff just to get refills. The entire time she was either on her personal phone having loud conversations instead of doing her job. Zero effort to engage with customers or even pretend to care. To top it off, when she rang up the ticket, she put "Glasses" as my name on the receipt instead of bothering to ask what my actual name was. It felt lazy and dismissive. I even talked to someone from the kitch

Honestly blown away be this place. Words are not going to do this experience justice. My siblings and I came here this after our father made us a "seafood boil" that involved no butter, no seasoning, and inexplicably no boil. I couldn't let the youth of today walk away believing that was what a seafood boil was, so we later met up at Krab Kings for a redo. And boy did it deliver. Gloves in a bucket. Butter sloshing around a pan. So many different seasonings (my favorite is the Garlic Parmesan). Hush puppies. Everything a seafood boil SHOULD be and more. They even had a photo wall for the insta-tok-snapper generation. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I regret not catching her name, but the lady working there made us feel instantly at home. This was my first time coming here and my second time having sea food boil. Me and my family were blown away with how amazing our food was. Quality was 100%, flavor was 100%, the owner and workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will be returning in the future :)
