KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot - Universal Studios

I went to KPOT for the first time to celebrate my birthday & my best friends birthday. The customer service was good. The place looked very nice and they were patient with our party. We all sat down and they immediately took our drink order and got everything set up. Once we all ordered, we enjoyed the appetizer bar they had. My favorite was the crab Rangoons. The grill did seem like it was low because it took forever to cook the chicken but everything tasted good.

This is my honest opinion, I had a while wanted to eat here with my wife, so we did last night. There are two options, BBQ or Bowl, both have to choose the same, otherwiae you'll pay $5/person...We chose the BBQ option. Darion, our server was very helpful and gave us his recommendations since it was our first time there. The price is not badly, $33 per person all you can eat for two hours. You must eat everything and they will charge you if you leave food on the table. No, you can't take it out. The meats are great, they have a lot of options, some ok, other too sweet. If you are not used to sweet meat, ask your server since most of them are really SWEET. I had to put salt, was too plain for me. We had a special time at Kpot restaurant. The customer service was good. The place looked very clean and quiet. There are both Shabu and grill. A lot of food, appetizers and sauces. You can choose the way you like. Everything tasted good. Especially BBQ meat with spicy sauce, perfect!

We had a great time & a huge delicious lunch here, the variety of food items you can include in the bbq or hot pot meal is amazing! The friendly staff made hhe experience even better and our waiter Jay was an awesome host who guided us through the whole ordering and cooking process so well - we really enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend the restaurant!
