KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Gwan was literally the best server I’ve had in a long time. He was very friendly and guided us through our first experience here. He recommended items that we ended up liking and gave us his own combination of seasonings and sauces that were delicious. Definitely don’t pass on Gowan’s secret sauce recipe. People and the area itself is really nice and practically transports you into the theme of the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend.

Gwan Turner was our waiter and he left us with a phenomenal experience. Highly knowledgeable and courteous, giving us recommendations and even his own signature sauce blend. This was our first time going and it will not be that last. The food, atmosphere, and kindness of all staff as soon as we walked in exceeded our expectations. Would recommended to anyone looking for a new and unique dining experience. We will be back no doubt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came to KPOT to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and had never tried hot pot before, so we weren’t sure what to expect. From the moment we sat down, our server David was AMAZING. He walked us through the entire process step-by-step, explained how everything worked, and made it feel so easy and fun. He even made several delicious dipping sauces for us to try and they were SO good! You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. Hands down the best service we’ve ever received in Midland, Texas. We’ll definitely be back!

If you have the opportunity to stop at this hot pot shop, ask to be seated in Gwan’s section. He elevated the entire experience far past expectations with his amazing customer service and upbeat attitude. He has a special garlic sauce he made for us that made literally everything taste so good! We were already impressed with the environment when we walked in, but our server Gwan took it up a level. And the food- man was it tasty. Everything was fresh and arrived quickly from the back. I’m not from Midland, but anytime I’m back in town I will make it a point to return.

I love KPOT. I felt comfortable coming alone because I always have an amazing experience at the Midland location. The service was 10/10. Alexus was very welcoming and attentive to my table/order. I will definitely be returning a few times before the cold weather is gone.
