KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

This was our first experience with Korean BBQ/Hot Pot. As soon as you walk in the door you can see it is beautifully designed. Very cool looking. We were greeted by very friendly staff and made to feel welcomed. Our waitress, Linh, was sweet and friendly and informative. The food was all fresh and flavorful. We loved going to the sauce bar and following their recipes for mixing our own sauces. The whole restaurant was very clean, modern and inviting. We had an amazing first experience and highly recommend KPot to anyone.

We have been to other hot pots in the state and this was even better. We thought it was great that they told us what meat it was each time. We didn’t have to guess as the other places we have been they couldn’t tell us. Our server Tam was so great, kept the dirty plates moving, refill out drinks multiple times without have to ask him. On top of all that they have skewers and they were sooooo good, especially the lamb and beef!! Highly recommend this hot pots/BBQ place!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at K-Pot Hartford tonight celebrating my son’s birthday. Barbara (I believe she was the hostess) was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our server, Ashley, was amazing and completely on the ball all night. She checked on us often, explained things clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The busser was also fantastic and never let dishes pile up on the table, which kept everything comfortable while we were cooking and eating. One thing that really surprised me was the water. We have a well at home and I’m usually not a fan of city water, but the complimentary water here was actually delicious. It was such a pleasant surprise considering we were in Hartford. Went the first day they open and it exceeded my expectations. Food was good! They lacked some stuff like the skewers and they did ran out of pork but quality of bbq was great. Service was busy and Ariana was a really good server. I will go back again for sure.

Everything was delicious! Our waitress, Nevaeh, was very polite and helpful, this was our first time and she explained everything thoroughly and answered all our question and was very attentive. The food came out quickly and there were two managers walking around and checked in on us as well. They were very kind! The atmosphere was like nothing we’ve seen before which made for a great vibe! It was very futuristic and it gave us a true Korean feel and taste! They had many meat options and vegetable options and the appetizers, that were included in the price, were a nice touch. The price was very reasonable! We enjoyed the music that was playing as well. Would definitely recommend to others and 100% plan on returning ourselves!
