Decided to try Kpot on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. We decided to have tu Korean BBQ. This was right at $32 a person. Our server Tony was excellent. He did a great job explaining how everything works, ordering your food from the kitchen and buffet / sauce bar. The food was excellent!!! It was a great experience all the way around. My only complaint was the sensory overload of the place. It was loud busy and just a lot to take in!
Excellent dining experience trying many meats and sauces made fresh right on my table. This style of dining is completely new to me so we had a great time. Huge thanks to our awesome server Alex Nguyen. He was so friendly and guided us perfectly on this unique experience, easing us into the cooking methods and making great suggestions as well. We only tried the Korean BBQ but need to come back for the hot pot as well. Thanks Alex for a great birthday dinner night!
Had an amazing lunch with my wife. Our server Merci did a great job helping us choose items and get started. It was my wife’s first time at KPoT I enjoyed the Szechuan Soup pictured. Its really good. Especially if you love spicy. I added a bunch of items to make it delicious. We got a wide variety of meats for the hot plate promptly! We showed up at around 2:30 at Friday. No wait and fast service. Merci was fast at getting our refills and clearing our table. Ask for Merci to be your server. I’m sure all the staff is excellent. The whole team had a friendly demeanor.
The only reason the food is 4 star because We didn't know how to make it and eat it, otherwise it would be 5 star, if I learn how to eat in restaurants like this, then I will come back and adjust my stars. As for hostess, Jailyn was very friendly, and helpful. It was a new experience for us, we had fun. The price can be a little on a high side.
Zeke is a great waiter, answered our MANY lol questions with a smile!! BBQ need a pinch more light, hard to see the wellness of your meat while cooking it on the dark side. Overall great place to eat!
