Korea Taqueria - University City

Just checked out the new Korea Taqueria in University City and it’s already a go-to for quick, satisfying food. Even though the menu is a bit more streamlined than their other locations, everything feels really dialed in for the grab-and-go vibe around campus. I ordered the tofu bowl and it was so good! Tasty tofu, great flavor, and a perfect balance of textures. Go for the Korean style bowl! As a vegetarian, I really appreciate when tofu isn’t just an afterthought, and this one definitely isn’t. It’s filling without being heavy and honestly something I’d crave again. Seriously so good!! Every bite I took left me speechless. The blackened chicken burrito was packed with flavor, the Korean twist on classic Mexican food really works. Chips were perfectly seasoned, guac was made fresh, and the watermelon agua fresca tasted like real watermelon - super refreshing and not too sweet. Easily a new go-to spot in the food hall. The workers are so friendly too! 🙂‍↕️
