Customer Reviews
Best cookies in Knoxville—hands down. This isn’t your average, run-of-the-mill cookie shop just slinging cookies to make a living. Kooky Cookies is making cookies to make your day—actually, to make your taste buds explode with gratitude and have you reaching for another bite even after they’re gone. And don’t sleep on the protein cookies. The flavor is perfectly balanced with the added protein—no chalky aftertaste, just legit great cookies. Master-level cookie artists live here, and honestly, your life will be better and more fulfilled because of them. 🍪🔥
Came here to get cookies to pass out to businesses. Jayla was Absolutely amazing! I told her not to worry about packaging them if they weren’t packaged already. Well I left and got gas came back and she had everything packaged individually boxed up and in bags can’t recommend her enough! Definitely won’t be coming back and getting more cookies
This was our first visit to this store which recently opened in the past year. The store itself was clean and free of clutter and trash. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. They offered help if we needed any and were very patient while we looked at the cookie options. We chose to by a box of cookies which included chocolate chip, carrot cake, muddy buddy and moose tracks. The total for 8 cookies was over 25.00 dollars which seems a bit much for our spending. They tasted okay but nothing special that would have me craving to come back for more. I would not choose this place for a quick cookie craving considering the cookies tasted about the same as from a package and the price was too high.
For all the Cookie Monsters out there, please head on out to Kooky Cookies! They make stuffed cookies that are thick and savory. I tried the Birthday Cake stuffed cookie with birthday cake batter stuffed with cheesecake and it was heaven! The drop cookies are delicious and melt in your mouth! Gluten free too!
Tried two gluten free cookies today and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious cookies and friendly service! What more could you ask for?!
