Met the owner when I got in who provided me great service. I let her know that I was new to her establishment and she recommended some great ice cream 🍨. I tried the tiramisu ice cream in a medium cup, and it was incredible! Fast-forward to May 2025: In my humble opinion, merchants really need to be careful about their political affiliation. It’s best to stay neutral so that you can continue to have your store patronized by everyone versus less than that. As a conservative, and knowing how corrupt the Democratic Party is, I can no longer patronize this store, knowing what they stand for.

Went there with my family...definitely NOT what we were expecting. The Konkrete mixer had a lot to be desired..it was just soft vanilla with cookie dough pieces..it was never mixed, I thought it was like a blizzard or disaster but NOPE..it had more cookie dough pieces in it than ice cream, which for some I guess would be good. My son ordered a sundae with tandykake ice cream & there were traces of blue cookie monster ice cream in it. My guess was that the utensils were not cleaned in-between. Sadly we will not return. 1st time there & definitely the last. The only positive was the clerks were friendly. Sorry!

I stopped by the konkrete Creamery and tried the Milky Way ice cream absolutely five stars. It was rich, creamy, and packed with caramel and chocolate goodness. Easily one of the best flavors I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area!

The owner is a magnificent artist, both in the kitchen and with her imagination. As far as her cookies go—I must say they are nothing short of perfection. The ice cream is excellent. Gives King Kone a run for its money in terms of quality (granted they are both Leiby’s). *Editing my review because I wanted to comment specifically about other reviews disparaging the owner’s interpersonal skills, and rest assured, they far from the truth. My family has been ordering her cookies, and have tried their ice cream several times over a couple of years now, and I will say every interaction was efficient, productive, pleasant, and professional…oh yeah and the product has always been perfect. It’s disappointing how quickly people are to spread their negativity, but the owner is a very sweet woman,
