KOME Japanese Cuisine

I've been wanting to visit for years. We were celebrating my sister's 37th birthday and a promotion in received at work. Our chef was blah. The food was not prepared well. You can see the chefs at the other tables interacting well. Felt left out. Clear soup was good. Salad wouldn't have arrived without us asking where it was. Chef started cooking before appetizers came out. Just wasnt what I thought it was going to be. Definitely did not live up to the hype. Kinda disappointed.

Dinner at Kome was good, not excellent. Our server was very nice and attentive. The seating was fair in design. We both had the Surf and Turf. I thought the 4 scallops it came with had the best flavor of the meal. The strip steak did not have much flavor and neither did the lobster tail. Both needed to be dipped into the sauce, which was rather tasty. The asparagus and sweet potato were very good also. The spicy tuna roll was good but you pay extra just because of the restaurant. Overall the meal was good. If I go back I would like to try the hibachi side of the restaurant. The restaurant was nice providing a small treat for my girlfriend's birthday

First time here. A good solid restaurant- not amazing but fair prices and good food. Rolls were quite average but the duck breast was very tasty a highlight of our meal. Service was slow but it was a very busy Saturday night in fairness. There is a separate hibatchi section which we will consider trying next time.

Wow, and I mean WOW. The food at Kome is delicious, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything they make is made fresh with key ingredients that really bring out the flavor. No food was left over. Five Stars and Highly Recommend to all.

The hibachi is a great time! Cocktails go down a little too easy, but that's definitely not a complaint. Sit down section offers great table service. I recommend the sushi! The fried tofu entrée is fantastic as well. Highly recommend making reservations!
