Absolutely incredible experience here at Kolapasi. Not only was the food delicious and fresh, but everyone who works here is so sweet. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially compared to other Charlotte Indian restaurants. $11 for curry and rice! Definitely come check this place out.

Kolapasi Indian Canteen is such a gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient — they even let me sample different dishes until I found my perfect combo. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the service made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

The “taste before you buy” option was a game-changer—it made choosing our meals feel thoughtful and exciting, not rushed or random. Every bite was packed with flavor and care. I went with the Shrimp Chukka paired with Lemon Rice, and my mom chose the Herbal Chicken with Butter Rice. Both dishes were beautifully cooked, seasoned to perfection, and served with a warmth that matched the atmosphere. The shrimp had just the right kick, and the herbal chicken was tender and aromatic. It’s rare to find a place that combines variety, quality, and hospitality so effortlessly. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Fantastic! The wife and I were passing thru and decided to try it out. It was excellent. The had spicy options and mild options. The workers were very responsive and the food was fresh nd flavorful! Will come back.

Great food!!! Great Service! 10/10 recommend! I am not sure why this restaurant isn’t all over the United States!!! If you want really great Indian cuisine then look no further!!! Loved, loved, loved everything about this place! Some of the best food and services I’ve ever had
