Kolache Kafe

This place does not miss y’all! I actually haven’t been inside the cafe but so many of my friends have brought me numerous baked goods from Kolache Kafe and I have nothing but great things to say. I’ve had their kolaches and scones- both are *chef’s kiss*. I don’t really even like scones/sweets to begin with but the scones from Kolache Cafe are fantastic. The sweetness is well balanced and the inside of the scone is anything but dry. I’ve tried so many different flavors of their scones but the one that had me in a chokehold was the peach. Peaches aren’t exactly my favorite fruit (especially in dessert) but the peach cobbler scone at Kolache Cafe is fantastic. As for their koalches, I’ve tried their brisket, bacon egg and cheese, mac & cheese w/brisket, meatball, etc. Both the fillings/do

I absolutely love this tucked away bakery! The staff are friendly, the food is fabulous and the coffee creations are delightful. I recently brought in a few dozen fruit kolaches into my office and they were a complete hit! Highly recommended stop for coffee and kolache lovers!

I stumbled upon this kolache cafe by happenstance, driving around Spring, TX, a few weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Upon entry, my wife and I were greeted, and we decided on the boudin Kolache, the BBQ brisket, and the Mac and Cheese Kolache. We also got a bottle of Raspberry Tea from a local company that was so delicious. The highlight kolache for me was the BBQ brisket mac and cheese. I can't wait to go back and get another one this weekend. The BBQ brisket is smoked and robust in flavor and the Mac and cheese is cooked perfectly and ain't cheesy and delicious. Service was excellent please go support this cafe!!!

Holy cow! The Blackberry cheesecake kolache took me away! Made with fresh blackberries, perfect ratio of fruit to cream cheese and homemade bread. To top it off, the owner is so sweet and friendly as are the staff. Got the Maple bacon cinnamon roll to go... and the 2 guys 1 pit kolache was yummy too. They make everything in house! This place is worth the trip. Didn't get to try the coffee but love the options.

Ashely and team have set up a wonderful little retreat of a cafe here! My coworkers and I very much enjoyed the tasting flight, kolaches, and the cinnamon roll is on a whole other level! Incredible example of great hospitality here. Go check them out!
