KOI Ramen & Sushi Japanese Cuisine

We were in the area for an event and stopped here for lunch. The waitress was so sweet, the restaurant was clean, and the food was so good. We had the crab rangoon and jalapeño poppers as appetizers… they’re almost worthy driving 3.5 back to have again! The two sushi rolls we had were great (shrimp tempura & crunchy roll) as well as the steak yakisoba. We hope we can come again one day!

My experience at KOI Ramen & Sushi Japanese Cuisine was fairly decent overall. The appetizers were flavorful and a great way to start the meal. Unfortunately, the Tokyo Shoyu Ramen didn’t quite meet my expectations, as it lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. Customer service was pretty basic, but the staff was polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. As for drinks, the Peach Boba Tea was really good and refreshing. However, the Brown Sugar Boba was a bit disappointing—the pearls weren’t consistently soft and chewy. Once you reached the center, you could tell they hadn’t fully processed, which took away from the experience. Overall, it was an okay visit with some highlights, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both flavor consistency and attention to detail.

Restaurant is really cute and minimalistic. Our server was very nice and attentive. My son and I enjoyed the ramen and he was glad he was able to customize his bowl to his liking. However, I would say the broth itself was not very flavorful, definitely have to dress it up some!

Me and my wife went to Japan last month and came back to the US craving some authentic Japanese ramen. This place definitely felt like being in Japan. Service was amazing, food was amazing. Would recommend 👍🏿

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience at Koi Ramen & Sushi in Fayetteville! My boyfriend and I took my son Saturday night, and everything was amazing from start to finish. We tried the Boyfriend and Girlfriend rolls, the Rainbow Roll, tonkotsu ramen, and Teriyaki steak — and split it all. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and had just the right mix of spice and crunch. We were seated and served right away, and the food came out quickly. I also love that they serve drinks in stainless steel tumblers — such a nice touch that makes everything feel extra refreshing. We’ll definitely be back!
