Authentic Cuban food. Hidden Gem for sure. If you live in the area you definitely should give this family owned business a try. I had the Garlic shrimp with black beans and rice and yuca potatoes. Very delicious and also a very generous portion. Also the spaghetti was better than any Italian place I’ve ever had around here.

So different. Really good 🍕. Such a super nice guy really cool to see him open an authentic Cuban cafe and crush it with an incredible fighting career at the same time.

The Cuban pizza was phenomenal. Very fluffy dough crispy on the outside with every bite. It was a must try if you are in Northwest Houston.

There is no Cuban problem here! I was so impressed to see the co-owner and CEO of KCP sweeping up the floors, taking orders and bussing tables. Mr. del Valle was so generous with his time to his customers (including me). The UFC featherweight only served knockouts to us. We enjoyed the Mixto pizza (chorizo, pineapple and bacon), Cuban sandwich with fries and the tamale. It’s a bit of a wait because they’re making everything fresh. It was a bit hot in the dining room - that seats roughly 25 people - as the sun was beaming straight in. Again, still seeing stars getting to meet the heavy hitter and enjoy his Cuban cuisine.
