She responded right away to my inquiry, scheduled an appointment for the same evening to meet me at my father's nursing facility, and responded promptly to all follow-up and coordination texts. She was early to the appointment and extremely patient as she had to wait an extended time while my father had to be assisted with a long bathroom break. She never seemed impatient or hurried us.
