Ray and his team have been a fantastic to me the last couple of years. They've assisted me in filing my personal taxes, taxes for my nonprofit, and I've even felt comfortable to refer family and friends to him over the years. Thank you Ray for your continued help.

Ray did our taxes for us about a month ago and since then we have had three issues with the IRS, one being us needed to pay back over $3000 in our federal return because he did them wrong. The other issue was him putting our wrong address down which put us in a different township (for a man who has been in business so long that seems like a very elementary type of mistake), which changed up our tax information. Finally, we received another piece of mail from the state telling us we owed additional money because our state return wasn't done correctly. In other words, this man messed up our federal, state, and local returns. When I reached out to him regarding the issue, he basically put the blame on us even though he is the professional account.
