Knafeh Cafe

Nice pastry restaurant tucked in strip mall in Little Arabia. Plenty of free self parking. Staff is friendly and hospitable. Lots of options to choose from. Best for take out as there's limited seating.

I went into this place with very high hopes. I wanted to not only try what they should, I guess be famous for judging by thier name, But to also show support here and abroad. To my dismay, it was not that great at all. The young gentleman behind the counter was not at all helpful and seemed like he wanted to get me done fast to take care of whatever else he had going on.. I told him I wanted to eat there more than once but he did not listen and handed me the knafeh in a to go container cold. I then asked him to warm if for me and repeated because I wanted to eat it there. After he "warmed" it, for what seamed like less than a minute. I had to repeat again, I wanted to eat there, so could I please have some silverware and a napkin, I only got a fork in the bag. It was barely warm, and c

So the authentic Palestinian Kunafeh and their Karak chai even beats Pakistani chai! Can’t believe it!

We ordered the Halweh Jibn and Knafeh. The Halweh Jibn was absolutely incredible! It was the highlight of our meal. The flavors were exquisite, and the pastry was perfectly made. It truly brought us back to home with its authentic taste. The Knafeh was also very good. While it was the best we've had in Los Angeles, it wasn't quite as exceptional as the Halweh Jibn. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Knafeh Cafe. The Halweh Jibn was a standout dish, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the cafe.

We got the pistachio milk cake and kunafe. Both desserts were absolutely amazing and relatively affordable. We also got the Karak, which is the one thing I wouldn’t recommend. The service was great, but there isn’t much seating available so you will most likely have to get your dessert to go. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for kunafe of course, but also for their pistachio milk cake.
