Kloby's Smokehouse & Whiskey Bar

This was a good choice after a Univ. of MD game ~9pm. Lots of seating and very personable service from Larue (sp?). 1/2 lb pulled pork was mostly tender and moist (some edge pieces were overdone-dry). The sausage platter included excellent spicy Italian and chorizo, average Mac’n cheese and crunchy hush puppies. We enjoyed trying 6 bbq sauces, preferring the sweet bourbon and honey habanero.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at Kloby's Smokehouse and Whiskey Bar! The food was fantastic, with perfectly smoked meats and delicious sides. Our attendant, Carissa, was absolutely great—super attentive, friendly, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for great BBQ and awesome service! 👍

Delicious BBQ platters and great service 🥰 There was no wait for our party of 4 on a weeknight and our waiter was super nice and very funny! We enjoyed the appetizers (catfish bites and pork belly deviled eggs) a lot too. The combo platters are enough for two people if neither of you eat a lot! I really enjoyed the pulled pork and wet brisket (lean was very dry). The wings were tasty but also kind of dry, but all of the sides and sauces were very delicious 👌 They also have an ice cream counter inside that’s connected to the restaurant! I know I’ll be back again to try some sandwiches and other bbq plate combos in the future 😋

The food was really good but took long to come out. Brisket nachos would have been perfect if they paired it with a better cheese sauce. The cheese sauce tasted like it was from the can. I would get it again but all for real cheese next time.

Decided to try this BBQ place out with a carry out order. Called the order in and was told to come for pick up in 15 minutes. When I arrived, was nicely greeted and directed over to the carry out register. After checking my order, the woman asked what sides we ordered for one of the platters. The brisket platter had the brussels sprouts and hush puppies as sides (clarified), and the pork rib platter had the Mac&cheese and collard greens as sides. Once this was straightened out, there was a moderate wait (almost as if they were only then assembling the order). It was definitely not ready for pick up. Finally left with the order, it was correctly filled. The serving sizes was decent. The brisket was definitely dry (which is one of the options on their menu, though not what we prefer, w
