Kitchen @ the Market

There isn't that much going on in the Broadway Market these days. But as of last week, a new cheesesteak and wings takeout spot has arrived named Kitchen @ the Market. This is a black owned business and right now they are only open on Wednesdays from 11:30am u til 4:30pm. The hoagies are called Stone steaks. These subs are made similar to the old Scotty's. For those who do not know about Scotty's. The use chopped steak, mushroom, peppers, onions, and they dress it with a vinegar mustard sauce. The wings are the original John Young mumbo wings and things. The wings are lightly floured with a nice mumbo sauce. Stay tuned.. they are in the process of expanding their menu.
