You get what you pay for - great prices but mediocre food, standard service, concerning hygiene practices, and overall unremarkable. Let’s start with my concerns over food hygiene practices. Towards the end of my meal there was an accident where a server dropped dishes by the food window/expediting station. The guy at this station did a nice thing by helping the server pick up what was dropped. My issue: he then proceeded to handle food/plates without washing his hands!! If this is the practice of the kitchen staff out in the public dining room then Lord knows what they’re doing behind the scenes. This is how people get sick. Kitchen Social is one of my favorite places to go for dinner. Their drinks are good. Food is amazing. Atmosphere is always a good vibe. The staff is fast, knowledgeable about the menu and kind. I recommend getting there before rush hours so you don’t have to wait or make a reservation. In the nicer months the patio is open to the whole restaurant and you feel the nice weather throughout the place. Specialty cocktails and the usual drafts will give you plenty to enjoy.

Kitchen Social in Westlake, Ohio is always amazing. The food never disappoints—everything on the menu is so good. The cauliflower appetizer is always a go-to, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. Our waiter, Michael, made the experience even better. He was amazing and so funny, which made the night that much more enjoyable. Great food, great service, and always a great time.

I'd give it a "3.5" rather than a "4" f I could. We came here for a birthday for a casual dinner on a Monday night, nothing too fancy. Food: I believe we had the chicken farroto, chicken sandwich, chicken katsu, and the shrimp salad. Food was fine, nothing was particularly wrong with it but it most definitely didn't blow us away. One complained it was too salty. Presentation was really nice considering you're not at a fancy restaurant or anything. Everything tasted as expected with no issues, although you could definitely make pretty much everything at home. Huge plus is that, comparatively to other places, food was affordable and satisfying enough. Service: Service was great!! Had Andrew as a server and he took great care of us along with his manager.
