Kirk's SteakBurgers - Palo Alto

Easy ordering good burgers. The Cajun fries are very satisfying. Order at the window or with a QR code, plenty of screens to watch sports.

Went based on a recommendation. Had high hopes. Very spacious. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. Food looked tasty but upon eating there was no flavor. Burgers were bland. Sweet potato fries needed a sprinkle of sea salt. My hubby's bun was burnt, not edible. Surprised they would serve it. Two other people had semi burnt burgers but edible.

I’ve been driving by this place for probably 20 years and finally dropped in for a burger. In fact, I had my first ice cream cone across the street in the early 90s. So I have countless memories wondering what these burgers tasted like. I got the avocado bacon on sourdough, what a treat. Fries were perfectly crispy and light. Loved every bite. I can’t say much about sports paraphernalia but there are lots of windows and great natural light inside. Staff was kind and helpful. Will be back next time I’m around!

The place was amazing, with a small mom and pop shop feel to it. The lady who took my order was awesome. However when I got the food, the presentation was deceiving. There was so much left over grease that I had to get another holder for my burger. The bread on the bottom of the burger dissolved in a matter of minutes. The fries were decent, but not enough to save the overall experience of the meal. I would recommend this only if they can solve the over greasy burger in the future.

My husband and I shared a delightful meal at Kirk's with our fur baby Bella. We were warmly greeted by Jean Paul and appreciated the menu options for our furry companion, who enjoyed the beef patty. The food was scrumptious, and the ambiance was spotless and inviting. Our experience was exceptional, thanks to Jean Paul's warm service, despite his recent foot injury. He made sure we had everything we needed and even prepared a mouthwatering cookies & cream milkshake. We enjoyed our meals and shared chips with queso (super yummy!).
