I have been a small business owner and a loyal customer for this store for multiple years, but this time, I received food that was not fresh. It had mold all over it; it was completely unusable. I called them and they didn’t admit and tried to put the blame on me! Never order from here!
At last hour before unloading broker gave me another address: 2230 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, United States It’s good for trailers 53 feet
Have a dock time for 8am. Show up on time and they tell me call at 9 am. Call at 9am and the lady tells me call at 9:30 and then hangs up on me. Docks are for straight trucks and not 53’ trailers. Parking on the street is a joke and getting Into the dock is a challenge
They asked me to deliver to one of their another location. Only truck there still took 4 hours to empty half only plus they tricked to deliver to another location the remaining half which was 30 min away then took 2 more hours to offload
The staff has a bad attitude.
