Customer Reviews
Honestly you and I deserve better. This is not a one time thing. They need to work hard on the accuracy and consistency. I will not be giving them any more chances. I hope someone listens and makes improvements for the other poor hungry souls. I gave this place many chances they always get the order wrong in some way. Sometimes worse than others. Their employees have I dont care attitudes towards their customers. For example, today 3/2/26 l ordered 1 gyro plate with fries and salad. What I actually got was some rotten smelling gyro meat with barely any onions, a salad, and some rice stew slop (not sure what they call it) I couldn't eat it. Now im out $20 dollars still hungry and only have a salad to eat for lunch. If your going to charge 20 dollars I expect better.
Look I get the pic is a lot of food but... Let me break this down. I have eaten at the Dodge St location for decades off and on. I would eat at the Lincoln location when I was in College. This place has DRASTICALLY gone downhill. My order, as you can see is over packed with soggy fries. To many fries. Is this how you are justifying the absurd price?!? The gyro had no charring to the meat, entirely to many options, one piece of tomato and the sauce, which should be throughout the gyro was globbed on the one side, inside so it was only present the last three bites. Absolutely, no effort in presentation. Go to Legacy Gyros, I can attest the food is way better and proportion is not 2000 calories of just fries and a shitty Gyro as the side.
Big single meat cheeseburger with Gyro. Definitely try it out. Slightly expensive, with excellent fries, but no drink, it was still $22.
First time here, and we ordered Philly cheestake, 2 kids' meals, and 1 double Kong. Very tasty, huge portions. I loved the fries. Best tasting fries I've had in a long time. Huge fry portions. Husband's hunger satisfied. Kids loved the fries, too. The price reflects the huge portions, too. The bathrooms were clean, but they could use a new toilet seat as it's peeling. Overall, very satisfied. Would come back again!
Never get the order correct, rude staff, extremely expensive now. They used to be good but now the food is absolutely terrible. I got literal rotten meat on my gyro AND they got the order wrong as usual. They need better workers because the ones that work there do not care at all and do not take hygiene seriously. Absolutely terrible and rude service and the food completely sucks now and is way over-priced. More people should report them to the health department.
