Kim Chee Restaurant 7

One of the best Korean restaurant that I’ve been to. The only problem I had was the a/c in the place, it was really hot in there 😭. The staff was really nice and they did come around when you needed them too, and they filled up our kimchee a couple times. The food did take a while but it was because this place was so busy so it’s understandable. But the portions of the food and the taste was amazing! I’d definitely come back again anytime. Just be prepared to get a little sweat 😂.

Located in the Westridge Shopping Center in Aiea, across fron the old Circuit City/Bed and Bath Pearlridge this hidden gem is the place for Korean Bbq when youre hungry. Havent been here in years, came on a late Sunday afternoon and this place was still packing a crowd. Service is always friendly and attentive, interior is a bit dated and worn but thats not what you come here for🤙 Ordered the Lunch Special that comes with Bbq Chicken and Meat Jun, and that was more than enough for me to eat. The sauce for the meat jun is their signature here, slightly sweet and a good balance to the saltiness and spicyness of the food. Comes with the Korean seaweed soup and 3 kim chee sides.... Prices are still good based on what you get as compared to other places..... 5 stars

Overall, good eating experience. The Korean flavor could be deeper and more flavorful. Good bang for buck on the quantity for the price. Great service. The interior is dated and could use an update. Parking is tight but we were able to find a spot down near the KFC. One of the annoying things is that the restroom is outside of the restaurant down towards the elevators Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Absolutely amazing Korean food gem. I stumbled across this place because I was in the area looking for some food and what really caught my attention was the menu that was displayed from outside. I’m going to say the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone was so attentive and kind. We got seated the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is very quaint and family like. I really loved the menu. The prices are very affordable and when the food came out I was amazingly surprised. The food portions were huge. I ordered a lunch special you can get two options I got meat Jun and vegetable tempura. It was priced as $17.50 which is really good. I got two large tempura it was so hot and fresh. A must for your Meat Jun & Kalbi fix. Chicken Katsu and Ebi is also tasty. Staff here are very friendly. Restaurant does get busy at times. Overall, a great place to eat.
