Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

So nice and clean building. We stayed at Seascape, the condos above Kilwins and we came down at least twice during our stay. It was so good! Love you guys.

Nice little ice cream, sugar, and chocolate shop, but pricey. Located in the Majestic Sun condo/hotel B building. We tried the ice cream cake, nonpareils, chocolate covered Twinkie, and chocolate covered nutter butter. For the prices, I was expecting to have my socks knocked off but the chocolate on the twinkle was a bit waxy, and the ice cream cake for nearly $60 wasn't super, good but not great. I'm spoiled because I grew up with Friendly's ice cream from Springfield, Massachusetts, and Carvel ice cream cakes, and felt like those are better options for ice cream and ice cream cake. Stop in and try it for yourself, it has good reviews and we didn't try the ice cream, which I read was their selling point. I'll try that next time.

We've had the pleasure of visiting multiple Kilwins locations, and I'm delighted to share that they consistently offer a fantastic experience. Their ice cream is wonderfully rich and creamy, and the portion sizes are satisfying. In addition to the ice cream, we also treat ourselves to their delectable truffles, chocolate covered oreos and chocolate-covered pretzels. We highly recommend indulging in these treats. However, I must caution you that if you visit in the evening, be prepared for potential wait times.

This place needs to retrain their teenage staff. Went in on Friday 8/15 & 2 kids are working. There’s a line out the door. The young lady working spent a lot of time assisting a friend. They chatted while we waited. The young man chose, at that time, to replace containers, rinse them out & listen to an air bud in his ear while we all waited. A man cut the line & went & ordered one piece of candy & after the girl was finished talking to her friend, with 10 people in line, decides to help the man at the candy counter who then ordered an ice cream. It was ridiculous. Their ice cream is expensive with lousy service. I’ve been there multiple times - no adult is ever working. Just kids. Won’t be going back. There’s plenty of other ice cream places here - I’d rather go elsewhere. The flavors ar
