It’s hard not to be happy when you walk in to Kilwins. Mostly, because you have a child or a grandchild in tow. When you enter, you are immediately greeted by the smell of sweet, ice cream and chocolate. They do a nice job with the oversize scoops of ice cream in the cups and in the handmade waffle cones. If you’re over 60 or lactose intolerant, you’re probably not buying the ice cream for yourself. Most likely you’re gonna be handing it off to a grandchild or a loved one. That’ll put a smile on their face. However, as soon as you see the total for your purchase, you’ll stop smiling, but when you look down and see how happy they are, you’ll start smiling again. If you love chocolate and coconut. Kilwins chocolate with toasted coconut. It's one of the best ice creams you'll ever put your hands on. Pro tip: not the whole locations carry the chocolate version so you have to keep an eye out and grab it when you see it!

One of the best ice cream places for sure. My partner and I went to this place for an ice cream they have a lot of flavors but we ordered choco sundae. The quality and quantity was enough for 2 people. There are coffee options too , I guess their hot choco is famous since a lot of people ordered that. We would definitely go and try it next time and probably get some chocolates. Highly recommended for all ice cream lovers.
