A gem in south philly and definitely the best sushi in the area. Super friendly service, always easy to get a table, and BYOB is a plus. The salmon lover's sushi entree is my go-to and is accompanied by a salad and soup. Haven't been disappointed with any of the rolls - always the perfect rice-to-fish ratio and all of the ingredients are super fresh.
Stuffed Jalapeños with tuna. Incredible. Spicy Tuna hand roll was huge. Delicious. Everyone’s meal looked amazing and they all said it was. Very good service. BYOB so come prepared if you choose to.
Have a great experience, the food so good , the waiter so helpful with all the questions i have !! Kiku combo is my favorite.Definitely will be back.
I’ve been wanting to come check this place out for a while and finally able to stop by today on a Saturday for lunch. They have lunch specials from Monday to Saturday until 3pm. It’s reasonable priced so come give them a try. I had the lunch bento with the steak hibachi. The steak was a bit overcooked to my liking and a bit on the chewy side. But it is well seasoned. You also get a soup or salad with the lunch combo. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She came by a couple times to check up on us. I would definitely come back to this place
I am trying to upload photos for this review as proof for my experience on 04/13/25. I love sushi, so I was standing outside reading the menu posted on the window. The atmosphere of the restaurant looked nice, so I spent $39.37 on the mango roll, miso soup (tastes okay), and pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp (tastes good). I was so excited, I ate the mango/caviar off the top because it looked so pretty and that tasted delicious. Then I separated the roll and I became nervous about the appearance of the salmon and tuna rolls. Against my better judgment I ate them and now I'm not feeling well. Anything for a buck, they should be shut down. I won't bother going back to contest this, but I do believe in warning other potential customers. Although the restaurant looked nice, I should
