My order was not right. I specially asked for NO gravy on my mash and they put gravy on it. It's a disappointment. Also my I ordered thighs and got breasts unacceptable. Plus it looks like it's been sitting. I won't be ordering online for pickup again. Also, the prices are too high to be serving these little tiny bowls of sides. Three bites and your finished!

As a business owner and a doordasher this KFC needs to do better and needs better management. If you are going to an employee and telling them that you have a doordash order they tell you to go stand over to the side and never even go check on it or you until you finally demand service and then they tell you it's been sitting there the whole time.

I just went to Kentucky Fried chicken through the drive-through. The french fries are cold and hard. One piece of the chicken I could not eat. Customer service is lacking. I went to the Kentucky Fried chicken Take Out restaurant on Rt 130 north in Willingboro New Jersey. I said thank you to the person that gave me my order and they responded with a little grunt. Very disappointed in the food and the service.

The staff working here is literally a disaster. They close the restaurant 1 hour before the closing time in the evening and don't order to the customers who come. It's impossible to order after 8 pm. The employees are rude and disrespectful. They definitely don't do their job. I came 3 times after 8 pm in a row and I couldn't get an order. This place is really terrible. There is no cleaning everywhere. They throw the remaining products in the trash so as not to order to order the incoming customers. This is a complete disgrace so that no one understands.

I was eating here to support local restaurants, however I'm done, ordered lunch and get to the window and they have no change so the guy wouldn't waive the .33 cents because they have no change, i say okay give me a 3 piece and now the still don't have any change. who walks around with exact change when going to a restaurant. ill take my business elsewhere.
