KFC

First went to the bathroom and it was a disgusting mess. Urine splattered all over the toilet. Garbage overflowing. When and waited in line with another gentleman for close to 15 min to order. Totally ignored by present staff. A girl came in from outside from a smoke break I assume. And slowly began to take orders. I got the family 16 piece deal that you as cents away from $60. Tables in the lobby was all dirty. The floor was filthy and the garbage cans were all overflowing with trash. The food didn't even taste like KFC. The breading on the chicken would just fall off. The meat had an odd greasy taste like old oil. Very sad about this. I have loved KFC most my life. A great product. The Colonial would not have been proud about this location. In fact somewhere he is rolling in his grave.

Love good KFC...when we get it. Ordered original breast 4 piece meal. Were told it would take 10 min to get breast cooked and if we waited we would get it. We waited. We got our box of chicken etc and drove home where we discovered we DID NOT get a chicken breast, we got something else/dark meat. It was not good. Also apparently they only give one side dish. Then I called the restaurant. No answer of course. I left a tip at the drive through.

I placed an order tonight on DoorDash at 9:00pm and when my uber driver got there at 9:30 they said they were out of chicken. How is a chicken place out of chicken? They also picked UP my order and didn't have too. And now they won't cancel it. But we're already ready to go and cleaned up when my dasher arrives and didn't close till 10. 0/10

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The young gentleman who helped us with an online order was patient and helpful. We did an online order for the Diablo rewards program and he was nice and never got frustrated with us needing help. The store is exactly perfectly clean and looks way better than most places. I would recommend this KFC location above the Moorhead location. 10 outta 10 would recommend! Thank you staff working this Thursday June 1, 2023!

Service tonight was SPECTACULAR!!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told it would be a few minutes. No problem with me. Then they offered me a drink for my troubles. Very kind. Well done to the whole staff. Management should be proud.
