I just spent almost $60 from my family to have dinner the chicken nuggets are so rubbery instead of a biscuit they give us cornbread the oven didn't work they didn't have any pot pies my son's chicken was cold when we tasted our soda which was supposed to have been Pepsi there was way too much carbonation in it and when we explain that to the lady she says well I don't know because it comes that way :/

Came here to get something to eat between 8 and 8:30. Service from employees was intolerable. Employees were extremely rude during the entire interaction I had with them. Acted like she didn’t know what drink was which when I was trying to pay, forced drinks into my hand before I could even pay. Was asked to pull up while waiting for food, wasn’t part of the problem, but when given the food, employee basically threw the food at me and ran back in the building. Not even a have a good night or anything. Probably won’t come back due to rudeness.

The young girl that works the drive through.. if she doesn't want to work. Fire her. She is rude. Rolls her eyes. Has an attitude. She makes the experience miserable and frustrating. That place use to be so good and nice.

I've been to KFCs all over the country, this is the first one to ever charge me for a water cup. Thats just straight up greedy. If you don't like being ripped off, go somewhere else.

12 Nashville hot wings great! large wedges undercooked and cold an hard in middle.large fries good. Waited over 20 mins for order to be done with no line inside at all. If my wedges was cooked I would have rate higher. Ticket #3440 times me of order 3:37
