KFC

I just placed my first online order using the KFC app today and I wanted to shout out to the folks that work there that I appreciate your good work and service! I have trouble most days preparing my own food so I like to get foods that are already prepared as often as I can. Today it was KFC on Dixie in Valley Station which is so close to my house. Please excuse me because I ate some of my food before taking the pictures. Original chicken and tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw with a Pepsi zero sugar! All the sauces I ordered came too!! Thank you so much neighborhood KFC for making me this delicious dinner! Also, the app has an offer on everything I ordered so my put of pocket was reasonable

I ordered in drive thru, 12 hot wings and a 8 pc. Tender meal. I spent $49, also asked for 4 dipping sauces, butter and honey. When I got home, I had 10 hot wings, 7 tenders, no biscuits, no sauces, but we did get the butter and honey. Also had to reheat everything but the slaw. Probably the worst meal I've ever gotten at KFC in Valley Station.

DO NOT GO to this location...they'll send ANYTHING out that window. Look at the old green beans! They LOOK like they should have been thrown out YESTERDAY... the macaroni too! With the rise of inflation, and the cost of dinning out, we expect to at least have a fresh food!

6 years living in the area and I have never once been served when attempting to eat here. I’ve TRIED to buy food here more times than I should have, most times I’ve never even spoken to an employee after 15+ minutes waiting and knowing the 2-3 people in front of my have also not been helped, I leave every time. It makes you wonder how they stay open if they never serve customers.

Just ordered door dash, THIS is a $4 order of cheese curds????
