Drive thru had great service, I ordered a family meal and it literally only took a few minutes.

I went through the drive-through today at KFC and got my six piece honey barbecue wings that I grew up on and the lady at the drive-through was very nice and the food was hot and fresh 10 out of 10

Awful service. 35 minutes in the drive thru just to find out they forgot they had asked us to pull forward 🤦🏻‍♂️ and forgot about us. Pitiful. $60 meal, cold.

Order was wrong and they acted like I was trying to get something for free. I just wanted what I ordered. Didn't mind paying the difference since they took the order wrong.

Even though my food wasn't right, they were so nice about accommodating me and correcting my order. I love excellent customer service and will always put it about quality. I'm posting a picture of why I had my food remade. It was just rushed through and thrown together. When I went inside, I could tell they have a lot of new employees and were under a lot of pressure. The only downside, aside from my food being poorly made, is they gave me an ETA and it was at least 3 times longer than what they said it would be and I am still waiting.
