I like that customer service. I like their food and they were fast and fast like that. Popeye came up out of there. Soon she got done punching in the number for payments! And it was fire super fine cuz it was so hot it was fire!

Want to spend 15 mins in the drive through to have your order be wrong every time? This is your spot. Ive been shorted part of my order yet again, per usual, at this location. Just slowly donating to the KFC holiday fund I suppose. Never again.

My husband and I had chicken pot pies for dinner tonight. I didn't get a single piece of chicken in mine. His was loaded with chicken. Not sure how you assemble these but there's got to be a better way. The pot pies are really good when put together correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We live 20 minutes away and picked up food in the drive through for 3 people. When we got home we realized they gave us the complete wrong order. Only enough food for maybe 1 person. When we called to try to get a refund because we paid, and did not receive what we ordered. We were placed on hold then we were hung up on. They proceeded to block my phone number as well as my mom’s. Before the blocked our calls, whoever was on the phone said they’ll only refund our money if we drive back there 20+ mins. This is not true. Numerous other restaurants have refunded over the phone. We will not be going back here again. Some of the worst customers service I have ever received.

March 31 2025 6 PM- Much better. It was in a bucket with variety. March 14 2025 Ordered 8 pieces of chicken only, but it looked more like a 3-piece Chicken Big Meal with 2 breasts and 6 drumsticks. Whilw I question the staff, I totally forgot to check on my drink from the free points deal (chicken sanwhich, fries, nuggets, and drink). I was planning to leave feedback on the KFC website, but they require personal information like phone, email, and address. June 19 2023 Have been a returning customers at the exact location. Today, I am disappointed. I usually see 2 bigger size and one or two wings/drumstick. I should have checked while I was still in the dining room.
