KFC

My husband and I stopped atthis location last night for dinner. The store was clean but not friendly. We stepped up to the counter and stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. They were not busy inside there was only one other couple inside and they were waiting on their food. Finally when someone acknowledge us we were told "We will get to you when we can." As soon as that was said I looked at my husband and said I'm not eating here let's go. He asked what happened and I told him. So we went to Big Bog instead.

Well we will not be going back there not after today it seems like they don't know what they're doing ended up giving my husband something totally different than what he ordered and didn't realize it until he got home They need to get on the ball and the lady that I guess was taking his order was not the nicest person so I suggest that they learn how to talk to their customers and not act all smart because all he did was ask a question if people don't like my review so be it that's just tough I'm not here to please anybody else we never had a problem with them until today which if the help is acting all smart and nasty then that makes me wonder if the manager isn't the same I think they all need to take a freaking respect class and learn how to talk to people if people go there to eat I fe

Normally KFC, Tiffin is one of our favorites, but yesterday they missed the mark. The chicken tenders are usually tender and juicy, but they were tough and dry…overcooked. The biscuits were also very dry, not light and soft this time. Disappointing.

Ordered 8 piece extra crispy. Waited 15 min chicken was horrible. Bottom of the barrel . Breading wasnt extra crispy and it was all dark meat. Sooo dissatisfied . I’d post a picture if i could
