Worst location BY FAR!! The food is either dry or undercooked. The customer service is terrible. I’ve given this place not one, not two but multiple chances and EACH time has been worse than the last. Not to mention when I call to get a refund/ to get my order fixed - their mailbox is full. 🙄 I can pretty much guess why 🤢

Placed a mobile order, went to pick up. Front door is locked. Went to the drive thru and the speaker says closed. Saw cars in the drive thru so I continued to the window. The black lady working tonight was awful. Immediate nasty and rude attitude. In a nasty tone said "well are closed." I said I placed a mobile order and it said its ready for pick up. (And I can clearly see my order bagged up and ready to go) the young man who worked with her said her order is right here. Its ready. She gets nasty and slams the window and walks away. He saw her walk away and immediately came to the window and got me my order that was all ready and packed to go. I dont know anyone's name but thankfully the young man working there was great. Past 2 times I went there spent 10 mins in the drive thru only to have the chicken I ordered be so dry it had to of been cooked hours earlier. This chicken was so dry it couldn't be ate. You got me twice with crappy food so ii won't go back a third time. Absolutely horrible.

I’m going order was supposed to be ready by 1:01 didn’t get it until it until 1:30. Their lobby was closed so I had to walk up to the window in front of cars and ask if I was getting my food. I then had to remind them what my order was because they admitted they forgot. And after all of this my food was cold and cherry on top was there was a hair in my sandwich.

Do not go to this place. You'll wait an hour to get food. I ordered on their app went to pick it up and the doors are locked. I sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes to get food that was cold. The order wasn't even correct. It's impossible to contact the place either. Do not. I repeat do not order food here. I have to dispute a charge to a restaurant because you can't get in contact with the place at all
