Dude. KFC. $7.19 for this? You have got to be kidding me. That is a tiny 5” paper plate in the picture. Their tenders used to be 2x the size even 1-2 years ago, and much less expensive. Biscuits, mashed potatoes, and gravy were excellent.

I gave very specific instructions for my 16-piece order (exact parts and Original vs. Crispy). What I received was completely different. It felt like my order was ignored. For a large order like this, accuracy should be basic customer service. Extremely disappointing.

We're passing through Reno, got thru an hour delay from the mountains. Stopped here and had to wait 20 mins for them to cook the chicken. Turns out, we came in at closing and they still took our order and let us take our time to eat! They were so nice to me and my family. Food came out perfect, chicken was juicy, and hot. We are truly thankful for the people closing on Sat 12/27/25. You made our day. Thank you, we appreciate your kindness so much!!! BEST SERVICE! (:

Ordered 16 PC extra crispy, got home and only had 8 PC. Drove all the way back to hear no more crispy chicken, only soggy chicken. 3d time this has happened at this location. Check your orders, these have no clue what they are doing. I for not going back to this location. Raising Canes is down the street, never had a problem there.

I ordered the kfc new box other than it was just thrown in the box I got no sauces and the service this is how I received my food horrible new management asap
