My family visits KFC regularly for the family meals, which typically cost $30+ dollars.. so when we stopped yesterday and spent $35 on the 8 piece family meal with an extra mac&cheese, and arrived home hungry & ready to eat only to find our chicken nowhere near fully cooked, it was a bit disappointing. Never had this issue before. After waiting in the drive through line for over a half hour, 3 cars in line, one of them leaving.. don't mind waiting but to get home and see half cooked half raw chicken and watery mashed potatoes, it was quite the letdown. In this economy nobody should have to spend $30+ on uncooked chicken. The employee at the window was kind and this was clearly the cook in a rush which I understand, but you can't rush fried chicken. Double even triple check your order before you leave because chances are it's probably wrong. Then when you go back inside they try make you feel like it's your fault because of their mistakes. The only reason I have kept going back there is for a friend of mine who is in his 80's and doesn't drive anymore and likes to have chicken from here every Sunday otherwise I would never go there ever again

I placed a pickup on the app and they got all my sides wrong. They didn’t send any utensils or sauces. The chicken sandwich was cold and the buns were hard. Don’t order here drive to another one if it’s worth the time.

One of the best spicy chicken sandwiches for fast food. I like to get the spicy chicken with extra spicy mayonnaise and then add ranch to it. The Nashville hot chicken is pretty good too considering it’s fast food. This particular location has always been friendly and quick. The food isn’t always 100% consistent but that’s to be expected from a fast food chain, so unless a location is consistently bad, I don’t hold it against them.

There were 2 cars total in the parking lot and I still sat in the drive through for 10+ minutes. Drove off and looked inside to see 2 staff members standing on thier phone doing nothing. Go to south charleston and skip this one.
