On two occasions, I've received fewer items than I ordered. They refund your money, but... What we're looking for when placing an order is for everything to arrive on time.

I wrote my order in my notes so I didn’t forget it. I do this often as I hate scanning the menu board. When I pulled in and read the order, the cashier immediately corrected me. I’ve never ordered from KFC so I assumed what she said was the same thing. My boyfriend requested bbq sauce. As I pulled up to the drive through, we realized two things. One, this was not what we ordered, and two, she gave us ranch. He tried to talk but the woman who gave our food — a black lady with blonde braids, immediately slammed the drive thru window in our faces. She only opened it again when she saw I wasn’t moving. Their mics barely work, they don’t have manners and tell me whyyyy I eat my fries and I dump them on a napkin and I find this disgusting bone in chicken at the bottom. I get so disgusted with bones in meat so this was horrifying.

Ordered food from grub hub today. 4 PC chicken NEVER AGAIN. THE CHICKEN SMELLED FUNKY AND I SPIT IT OUT IT TASTED DISGUSTING. Will NEVER EAT KFC AGAIN.
